Co-Create is our model for community-driven development, where communities come together to name challenges, understand barriers, and reimagine what could be possible. The process transforms dialogue into innovative ideas and solutions that any team, organization, or city can put into action.

CO-CREATE

CoCreate sessions bring together neighbors, community partners, and people with lived experience to reimagine and build solutions side by side. These in-person events are spaces for listening, learning, and turning shared ideas into real, community-driven change.

Our CoCreate sessions are designed to guide groups through a process of “understanding” and “reimagining”.

First, we work through a guided process of shared learning to UNDERSTAND a specific barrier that makes it difficult to move out of poverty. Then REIMAGINE what possible solutions could look like and begin moving toward ACTION.
